"Return went smoother than I expected"
I had to return something and it was painless. Support got back to me fairly quickly, which was nice because I was already distracted trying to figure out what to make for dinner. The return steps were easy to follow, and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of weird hoops. Overall, a solid experience.

"I got a sweater from Naadam, and..."
I got a sweater from Naadam, and for me, the softness is definitely the best part. It feels really nice against my skin and isn’t itchy at all, which is usually the thing I worry about most with sweaters. I’ve worn it around the house and out a couple of times, and it’s been really comfy either way.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because the fit wasn’t quite what I personally expected. It wasn’t bad, and I still like wearing it, but I did have to get used to how it sits on me. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again.

I was a little unsure about the sizing at first, but it ended up fitting me nicely. Seems like it’s just about what I was hoping for.

"Pretty durable, just a tiny bit of pilling"
So far it’s held up really well overall, which is what I was hoping for. It does pill a little bit after some use—not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed, but it still looks good and feels sturdy...

"Shipping was faster than I thought it would be"
It showed up quicker than I was expecting, which was nice. Nothing weird happened with the order or delivery, so yeah, no issues from me on this.

"Super soft and actually holds up"
I’ve worn this a few times now and the cashmere is really soft without feeling too thin or delicate, and it still looks nice after wearing it around, the fit was easy too so I didn’t have to overthink sizing, overall I’m happy with the quality.
